Fundraising

The support of parents and the community is the life blood of a nonprofit, parent run cooperative preschool. The purpose of this auction is to help raise funds to cover our dramatic arts and music expenses. While fundraisers tap into our time, energy and commitment, they are important to help us cover expenses, keep tuition down, and balance the budget. Learn more about fundraising.

The Pampered Chef

Raise money for the school by purchasing Pampered Chef products and gift certificates, from now through early November. The school will earn 20% of total sales, which will be used for structural improvements.

How to order:
Complete the order form with payment (credit card or check payable to Angela Cevallos) and place it in the fundraising mail box in the “Big” room.

Place an order on-line by visiting www.pamperedchef.biz/angiescocina click on order products and then search on “Providence”

T-shirts and Sweatshirts

Purchase a PNS t-shirt or sweatshirt to help benefit the school. These come in handy for field trips too! Download the T-shirt and Sweatshirt Form

Grocery Promotions

The Grocery Reward Programs are an easy way for Providence Nursery School to earn money through your purchases at Food Lion, Harris Teeter, and Safeway.

Food Lion, Harris Teeter, and Safeway have each created a system that rewards customer loyalty by contributing a percentage of purchases to our group. It's simple and convenient, all you need to do is register your Club Cards. Then, each purchase you make using your registered Club Cards adds up to cash for our group. It is really this easy!

Register at Harris Teeter
Complete the form with your card number and contact information. The school code for PNS is 5812. Click on "Continue." Review information and click "Submit."

Register at FoodLion
Click on "Select Organization."
In the pulldown menu, select state "VA" city "Fairfax" organization "Providence Nursery School" then click "Ok."
Click on "Add MVP Cards."
Complete the form with your card number and contact information, select "Next" and add another card or select "Finish."

Register at Safeway
The Group ID for PNS is 155201725.
Click on "Providence Nursery School" then click "Next."
Complete your contact information, then enter your Safeway card number. Continue to click "Next" and then verify your information.
You will also have the opportunity to register other cards, if you choose.
